Our program provides in-depth, hands-on experience with real-world business analysis and documentation practices. Participants work directly on projects that simulate actual industry workflows, learning how to create and manage critical documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Case Diagrams, Wireframes, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM). Through guided sessions, trainees gain practical exposure to pre-sales and post-sales documentation, enhancing their confidence and skill in preparing client-ready deliverables that align with industry standards.

01. Real-Time Project Simulations

• Work on real-world scenarios in HRMS, E-commerce, Insurance & Claims systems

02. Business & System Documentation

• Create BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SRS (System Requirement Specification)
• Draft FSD (Functional Specification Document) with detailed workflows
• Prepare comprehensive use case diagrams and business process models

03. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct mock stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Write effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Perform backlog creation, grooming, and refinement
• Align business goals with project features

04. Wireframes & Prototyping

• Use prototyping tools to simulate end-user interaction
• Design low and high-fidelity wireframes for UI/UX understanding
• Visualize complex requirements for better stakeholder clarity

05. Project Planning & Tracking

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for modules
• Maintain trackers and progress reports
• Support sprint planning and progress evaluation using Agile boards

06. Test Case & UAT Documentation

• Prepare detailed test cases and execution scenarios
• Document UAT steps, feedback, and validation checkpoints
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirement coverage

07. Traceability & Validation

• Create and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Ensure every requirement is linked to test cases and deliverables
• Identify and close documentation gaps throughout the SDLC

08. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Docs

• Write business cases, proposal documents, and feasibility reports
• Define solution approaches and project estimation reports
• Prepare handoff and knowledge transfer documentation
